Role Requirements

Required Skills/Experience:

 

  • Administration and/or Customer service experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Fluent in English. Other languages are an advantage
  • A University Degree is an advantage

  • Time management skill and ability to prioritise
  • Computer office skills, including practical skills using Microsoft Office (intermediate MS Excel & Word)
  • Eye for a detail and accuracy

Operations
  • Process applications of new business accounts
  • Ensure that application details are in line with company requirements
  • Collect and review supporting documents and ensure that they are in line with the Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
  • Perform relevant credit checks
  • Prepare and provide training material
  • Enter application data in formatted spreadsheets.
  • Provide assistance to the in-house Sales Team

Credit Control
  • Review account statements and identify possible problematic banking activity.
  • Assist in the collection of outstanding funds due to be paid by existing business accounts to the company over the phone on daily basis.
  • Negotiate possible payment plans
  • Perform credit checks, review and manage existing business accounts
  • Deal with occurring issues related to banking, commissions and agents’ credit limits

General Office Duties
  • Deal with inbound and outbound calls
  • General administration duties


We Offer:

  • Starting salary from £15,600 per annum (negotiable)
  • Working Hours 8.45am to 18.00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Holidays of 20 working days a year plus bank holidays
  • Full training
